Lizbeth Melendez is an operational strategist who designs the blueprints that turn complex programs into working systems. She founded BlueRidge Management Solutions in 2022 and has since guided more than 30 community-based healthcare organizations through Medi-Cal provider certification, managed care contracting, compliance readiness, and operational transformation — bridging the gap between policy, process, and people to make new mandates operational. She launched BlueRidge Health AI to bring that same discipline to AI adoption, helping organizations identify where AI strengthens the systems they've already built and move forward with clarity.

Elizabeth Rodriguez brings more than a decade of operational leadership across health systems, managed care, and CalAIM programs, with direct experience designing workflows for distributed clinical teams, advising EHR vendors on system configuration, and leading cross-functional teams across program operations, finance, and compliance. Prior to joining BlueRidge Health AI, Elizabeth held leadership roles at a private-equity owned health plan administer start-up, a Fortune 500 healthcare company, and a large non-profit headquartered in California. She holds a Master of Social Work from California State University, Fresno, and is Certified Professional in Managing AI credential through the Project Management Institute.
